Knowledge exchange: To create an engaging and fun atmosphere for participants to share good practices and innovations, and learn new skills.

Cross sectoral learning: To design inclusive spaces for learning across sectors and capacity building with a focus on practitioners and local implementation.

ICT4D partnerships: To foster partnerships among local and international actors — NGOs, governments, private sector, research institutions, and funders.
